Columbiana Co, OH (October 20, 2024) – A serious injury car crash occurred on October 18 on State Route 11 in Columbiana County, resulting in injuries to three individuals. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that the incident took place at the Lisbon exit, causing the southbound lane of Route 11 to be closed for an extended period.
