Darke Co, OH (December 20, 2024) – An injury two-car crash occurred Friday night in Darke County, resulting in one individual being transported to the hospital and another cited for a traffic violation. The incident took place at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the 9100 block of State Rte 118, near Greenville.
According to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office, a 2011 Toyota Corolla was traveling southbound on SR-118 when it attempted to turn left into a private residence. As the Toyota turned, it collided with a 2002 Honda Accord traveling northbound. Both vehicles were disabled in the roadway due to the collision.
Emergency responders, including Darke County deputies, medics, and firefighters, quickly arrived on the scene.
