Dayton, OH (December 21, 2023) – A vehicle collision reported in Dayton on Wednesday morning left at least one person injured. The accident was reported to law enforcement at approximately 5:45 a.m. on December 20.
According to reports provided by the Dayton Police Department, a silver 2023 Honda Venue was heading southbound on Cincinnati Road. For unknown reasons, the vehicle became involved in a collision with a white 2004 Stoutbilt semi-truck tractor-trailer. The incident prompted authorities to close down the roadway near Edwin C Moses Boulevard.
One person involved in the accident, identified as 48-year-old Dana Pate of Decatur, Georgia, was injured. The victim was transported to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, for emergency treatment. The crash is currently being investigated by law enforcement.
