Dayton, OH (March 3, 2024) – Officials in Dayton responded to the scene of a pedestrian crash with injuries on Sunday morning, March 3rd. The crash took place just before 7:00 a.m. in the 200 block of South Harbine Avenue.
According to a report from the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch, the victim was walking in an alley when they were hit by a vehicle. Paramedics and fire crews responded to the area and found the victim suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. The injured individual was treated at the scene and was then transported to an area hospital for further treatment. No description of the vehicle was provided. Motorists were advised to avoid the area and to find alternate routes of travel if possible. It is unclear at this time how the collision took place. The injured victim’s identity has not been released.
