Dayton, OH (February 22, 2025) – A serious two-vehicle crash on Wagner Ford Road left three people on February 20.

According to the Dayton Police Department, the crash happened just before 8 a.m. when the driver of a Honda Accord lost control, veered across the center line, and was struck on the passenger side by a Lexus RS 350. The impact of the collision left a passenger in the Lexus trapped inside the vehicle. Emergency crews worked to extricate the victim before transporting them to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. Authorities later confirmed that the victim is now in stable condition.

The drivers of both the Honda and Lexus were also injured in the crash and taken to local hospitals. They, too, are reported to be in stable condition. Wagner Ford Road was shut down between Webster Street and the Hollywood Gaming Raceway and Casino as crews worked to clear the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Our thoughts are with those injured, and we hope for their full recovery.
