Dayton, OH (July 2, 2024) – The Dayton Police Department responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries on Tuesday morning, July 2nd. The crash happened at the intersection of West Third Street and Orchard Avenue.
Police say that a vehicle struck an RTA pole and a utility pole in the crash. A total of three people sustained injuries in the collision, with one person suffering life-threatening injuries and another sustaining serious injuries. A third victim was treated at the hospital and released. No one involved has been identified. Police did not say what caused the crash to occur. There is no word on whether any charges will be filed.
