Dayton, OH (April 5, 2024) – Officials in Dayton were called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash with injuries on Thursday, April 4th. The accident happened 3:50 p.m. on Wayne Avenue at the intersection with King Avenue.
According to a report from the police, Nicholas Bisaha of Dayton came to the intersection of Waynd and King. Bisaha stopped at a stop sign before attempting to travel straight across the street. As he entered the intersection, Bisaha failed to yield to a 2010 grey Honda Civic driven by Olive Uwizeyumuhoza, also of Dayton. The two cars collided in the intersection resulting in injuries. Uwizeyumuhoza was taken to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Following an investigation, Bisaha was issued a charge for failure to yield the right of way. There were no other vehicles involved in the accident. No additional information is available at this time.
