Huron Co, OH (August 17, 2024) – An injury car crash occurred at the Huron County Fairgrounds on Friday night, resulting in the hospitalization of two individuals. The incident was reported by a captain with Townsend Twp. The fire took place during a fair event when a car participating in the event collided with a truck. The crash also involved an individual standing beside the truck.
According to fire officials, the driver of the car required extraction using the jaws of life before being transported to a hospital by air ambulance in stable condition. The person beside the truck was taken to an area hospital in stable condition as well.
