Kettering, OH (March 8, 2024) – Two people suffered injuries after a car slammed into a building in Kettering on Friday, March 8th. The crash took place around 1:30 p.m. at the Captain D’s restaurant located in the 1400 block of Dorothy Lane.
According to a report, a vehicle was traveling near Dorothy Lane when the driver lost control of the car, causing it to leave the road and crash into the inside of the restaurant. The crash caused major property damage to the structure. Paramedics arrived on the scene and treated two victims for non-life-threatening injuries. The identities of the victims have not been released at this time. The cause of the crash is unknown and remains under investigation at this time. Police charged the driver with a citation for their role in the crash. An investigation is underway. No further information is available at this time.
