Miami Co, OH (August 23, 2024) – An injury rollover car crash on Southbound Interstate 75 occurred early Thursday morning, and at least two people have been hospitalized. The incident, reported by the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP), occurred around 1:20 a.m. at the Miami/Montgomery County line.

According to dispatchers, the crash involved two cars. A collision between the vehicles caused one of them to overturn. This resulted in the closure of all southbound lanes of I-75, which were fully reopened by approximately 2:40 a.m. Emergency crews, including OSHP troopers and medics, responded swiftly. Firefighters were also involved in the car extraction process to assist in removing the injured individuals. The driver and one passenger from the overturned car were transported to a local hospital with injuries that have not yet been detailed. The third occupant of that car was reported to be unharmed.
