The incident, reported by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, happened around 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Route 6 (US 6) and State Route 109 (SR 109).
According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, a 33-year-old woman from Lima was attempting to make a left turn onto SR 109 when her car collided with an eastbound semi-truck traveling along US 6.
