Montgomery Co., OH (November 21, 2024) – A serious injury car crash occurred on the afternoon of Thursday in Montgomery County, involving a collision on the northbound lanes of I-71 near the 140 N Interstate 71 exit. Authorities responded quickly to the incident, which resulted in one individual being injured and transported to a nearby hospital. The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m., causing significant traffic disruptions while emergency responders worked at the scene.

According to local law enforcement, a sedan was traveling northbound on I-71 when it collided with a semi-truck that was merging into the traffic lanes. The force of the impact caused the sedan to spin out of control and the truck to jackknife, blocking multiple lanes.
