Perry Township, OH (March 31, 2024) – Officials in Montgomery County responded to the scene of a fatal collision on Sunday afternoon, March 31st. The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. on Little Richmond Road at the intersection with Johnsville Brookville Road.
According to police, two cars were involved in the accident. One of the vehicles was occupied only by a driver and the second was occupied by a driver and a passenger. A passenger in the second vehicle sustained critical injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The drivers of both vehicles were taken to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. There is no word on how the accident occurred at this time. The road was closed while police investigated. Motorists were advised to avoid the scene and to find alternate routes of travel if possible. No one involved in the crash has been identified.
