Fatal Car Accidents in Ohio
Traffic accidents in Ohio occur hundreds of times every day. These crashes can, and often do, lead to serious injuries and some accidents are even life-threatening in nature. Each year, more than 60,000 people are hurt and more than 1,100 are killed in traffic crashes. While the cause of every accident must be carefully investigated, most collisions occur because of the negligence of at least one of the drivers involved.
Following a serious Ohio car accident, it is important to have a full understanding of your legal rights. If you or a family member have been impacted by a crash, you could be entitled to receive compensation for your injuries. Too often, victims make the mistake of speaking with the insurance company or trying to handle their own claims before they have consulted with a lawyer. This can result in receiving a settlement that is worth less than the true value of the case. You should always have a lawyer by your side before taking any further action.
Here at The Attkisson Law Firm, we fight for the rights of injured victims. Our firm knows the steps that must be taken in order to help you obtain the compensation and the justice that you deserve. We have successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of our clients and we will be there for you every step of the way. You could have a limited time to take action so it is important that you reach out to us at the soonest possible time in order to avoid the loss of your rights.
