This persistent risk, particularly from accidents involving large vehicles such as semi-trailers, underscores the critical need for enhanced safety measures. The size and weight of these commercial vehicles often lead to more severe consequences in crashes.

Nationwide, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) notes a rise in accidents involving large trucks, with nearly 5,000 fatal crashes reported in 2022 alone. This trend highlights the importance of not only preventive safety strategies but also understanding your legal options if you are affected by such accidents.

If you are involved in a traffic accident, determining whether you have a personal injury claim involves proving that another party’s negligence caused your injuries.

Seeking legal guidance is essential for victims and their families to navigate the complex legal process and pursue rightful compensation.
